Quality Starts with the Frame

At KMF Living, we use seasoned pine wood. Each frame is hand-jointed with mortise and tenon joints — a 500-year-old technique. No nails. No screws. Just wood joined to wood. This method takes longer, but it creates a frame that can last 20+ years without creaking or sagging.

HR Foam 32–35 kg/m³

We use high-resilience foam that's both comfortable and durable. Lower-density foam compresses quickly and feels flat within years. Our density range ensures your sofa stays supportive for decades.

Hand-Stitched Seams

Hand-stitching creates a tighter seam that won't unravel under pressure. Our upholsterers stitch at 12–14 stitches per inch. A sofa sewn this way outl ast cheaper alternatives by decades.
