How long does a factory visit take?

Typically 30–45 minutes. We show you how we build furniture, let you sit on samples, and discuss customization options.

What should I bring to the factory?

Room measurements if you know them, or a photo of your space. Fabric or wood samples if you want to match something. A list of preferences (size, color, firmness).

Can I get a quote over WhatsApp?

Yes. Send a photo of your space, measurements, and your preferences. We'll quote within 24 hours. For complex custom pieces, an in-person visit helps.

Do you respond on weekends?

Yes, we check WhatsApp on Saturday evenings and Sundays. Urgent issues are responded to within 24 hours.
