A: Standard delivery is 5-7 days from order confirmation. Rush delivery (3-4 days) available for additional 2,000. Delivery includes free installation and setup in your home.

Q: Can I customize the sofa size?

A: Yes. We build sofas to your exact measurements. Bring your room dimensions and we will design the perfect fit. No standard sizes — every sofa is custom-built for you.

Q: What fabric options do you have?

A: We offer 50+ fabric options including linen, cotton, cotton-poly blends, microfiber, velvet, and genuine leather. Visit the factory to see samples or order fabric swatches online.

Q: What is the warranty on sofas?

A: Standard warranty covers:

• Foam: 3 years

Extended warranty available for 2,000-5,000.

Q: Will the sofa fit through my doorway?

A: Send us your door width and hallway width. We disassemble frames for delivery (no extra cost) and reassemble inside your home. This allows sofas to fit through almost any doorway.

Q: Can I get a sofa bed instead of a regular sofa?

A: Yes. Sofa beds with pull-out mattresses start at 50,000. Available in single (single bed) or double (double bed) sizes. We offer spring or foam mattress options.

Q: What is the difference between your sofas and showroom sofas?

A: KMF Living is factory-direct, so you pay 20-30% less than showrooms. Same materials, same quality, no middleman markup. You also get custom sizing — showroom sofas are pre-made one size only.

Q: Can I return or exchange the sofa?

A: Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for unused sofas. If the sofa has a defect, we repair or replace it within warranty. Customization means no restocking — order carefully.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes. We accept EMI through major credit cards (0% for 3-6 months). Minimum order 40,000. Contact us for EMI eligibility.

Q: How often should I get my sofa cleaned professionally?

A: Professional cleaning every 12-18 months is ideal. For fabric sofas with heavy use, every 12 months. Leather sofas need conditioning annually.

Q: What frame wood do you recommend?

A: Pine is the best value — durable and affordable. Teak is premium for maximum durability (15+ years). Birch is mid-range. All are seasoned and kiln-dried.

Q: Can I order a sectional sofa?
