How we build furniture. From wood to your home.

Every sofa, bed and dining set is built in steps by craftspeople who have done this for years. This is what happens between your order and delivery.

The build process

1

You choose

Visit the factory or send measurements on WhatsApp. Choose the wood (pine, teak), fabric (40+ options), foam firmness (soft, medium, firm), and frame depth. We show you samples and options. You sit on test pieces.

We quote and confirm

Based on your choices, we send a quote with price breakdown, timeline, and delivery date. Once you confirm on WhatsApp, production starts.

Cutting and shaping

We cut the wood to your exact measurements. Pine is seasoned (aged at least 6 months for stability). Every cut is handchecked. No CNC — a person looks at every piece.

Frame assembly

Mortise and tenon joints, glued and screwed. No staples in the frame. We use seasoned wood and proper fastening so the frame holds for 10+ years without squeaks or shifts.

Foam and springs

HR foam (32 kg/m³ for seats, 24 kg/m³ for backrests) cut to size and glued to the frame. Pocket springs underneath (for sofas) for edge support and durability. All components are from suppliers we've vetted for 15+ years.

Foam and spring installation

Upholstery

Your chosen fabric is hand-stitched to the frame. Every seam is checked. If the fabric is loose, we re-stitch. No staple guns. Stitches, not staples, hold the fabric through years of use.

Legs and finishing

We attach the legs you chose (wood or metal, various heights). Final check: all joints tight, all seams straight, all corners square.

Materials we use

Wood

Pine: Seasoned at least 6 months for stability. Used for frames on most sofas. Lightweight, strong, and affordable. Teak: Premium option for durability and appearance. Naturally resistant to moisture and insects.

Foam

HR Foam (32 kg/m³): Seat cushions. Holds shape for 8+ years. Foam (24 kg/m³): Backrests. Provides support without being too firm. High-resilience: Bounces back to shape after use, won't flatten.

Springs

Pocket springs: Individual springs wrapped in fabric, used underneath seat foam. Provides durability and edge support. Each spring moves independently, so sitting in one spot doesn't affect the rest of the sofa.

Fabric

Linen, cotton, polyester blends: We stock 40+ options. All fabrics are tested for durability (abrasion resistance, wash tests). Colors from natural neutrals to bold accent shades.
