At KMF Living, we use seasoned pine wood. Seasoning removes moisture and makes the wood stronger. Each frame is hand-jointed with mortise and tenon joints that last 20+ years.
We use HR foam with density of 32-35 kg/m3. This ensures both comfort and durability. Lower-density foam compresses quickly. Our density range ensures your sofa stays comfortable for decades.
The seams on a sofa take the most stress. Hand-stitching creates a tighter stitch that won't unravel. Our upholsterers stitch at 12-14 stitches per inch.
